We are handmade in NYC and we ship from Brooklyn, NY domestically and internationally!
- $8.95 Flat Rate Standard Shipping.
- $20.00 Expedited Shipping
Our Flat Rate fee is valid on all orders shipped in the domestic U.S. and applies to Standard Ground orders only. Not valid for cash.
If you choose to ship Expedited and are shipping to multiple addresses, you will be charged $20.00 per address.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days from the day the order was fulfilled.
- All merchandise must be unworn and undamaged.
- All returned items are subject to inspection.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
If you are not completely satisfied with your order and would like to exchange it for another item or return it for store credit, please send a note to info@perrygargano.com to begin the process.
HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM
To exchange an item, please send us a note of what items you will be exchanging and the items you would like in exchange. If they are available, we will fulfill the request and notify you. Please contact info@perrygargano.com if you have any questions.
LATE RETURNS:
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of the date the order was fulfilled.
SHIPPING COST:
For exchanges and returns, the original shipping costs are not subject to be included in the store credit.
LOST PACKAGES:
Perry Gargano does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Perry Gargano.
INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO MAKE A RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT OR PRODUCT EXCHANGE
- First, send a note to info@perrygargano.com.
- Provide the order number associated with the item/s that you wish to return.
- Check your email for a return approval and instructions.
Once your package has been received and inspected, your store credit will be generated within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email when your unique code for the store credit is ready.
